SirDavis American Whisky (Beyonce Knowles)

The inspiration behind the whisky is Davis Hogue, and his personal history of distilling in Texas. Four generations on from when he made whisky on his family’s farm, his memory is honoured by his great-granddaughter, Beyoncé Knowles-Carter. Crafted alongside five-time International Whisky Competition Master Distiller of the Year Dr. Bill Lumsden, it’s proudly finished, blended and bottled in Texas – continuing Davis Hogue’s legacy on the very land he used to reside.

SirDavis has a distinctive character, with notes of tangy Seville orange mingling with sun-kissed raisins, dark red fruits and warm baking spices. Made from a combination of rye and malted barley, this unique whisky is first aged in American white oak and then finished in sherry casks for extra depth and complexity. SirDavis has picked up numerous accolades including gold medals at the New York International Spirits Competition and Ultimate Spirits Challenge and Platinum and Best in Class prizes at the 2023 SIP Awards. It’s a modern classic in the making.
