Beginners Wine Tasting Experience

Wine tasting is an art form that requires more than just randomly sipping different wines. The strategic approach to wine tasting order ensures that each wine’s unique characteristics are fully appreciated, preventing palate fatigue and maximising your sensory experience. The recommended order typically follows this sequence: sparkling wines, followed by white wines, then rosé, moving to lighter red wines, and concluding with fuller-bodied reds and sweet or fortified wines. This approach allows your taste buds to gradually adapt without being overwhelmed by intense flavours that could mask the nuanced characteristics of lighter wines.

TASTING PROCESS

1. Private tasting with nuts, cheese, chocolates and light meats.   
2. Available for groups of 4 to 12 people at a time
3. Full pre-payment before confirmation of booking - dates and times
4. Suitable dates will be provided for the tasting, which will take 2 hours maximum.
5. All pouring per individual glass 75ml
