Milk & Honey Apex (Pomegranate Cask)

A fascinating single malt from the Milk & Honey Distillery in Tel Aviv, which has been matured at the lowest place on Earth - the Dead Sea, where the temperatures can reach as high at 50°C. 

A wonderfully fruit-forward single malt whisky from Tel Aviv's Milk & Honey Distillery and its Apex series. This expression was initially aged in ex-bourbon casks, but before being bottled, it was treated to a six month stay in pomegranate wine casks. As you might expect, some of the familiar tangy, sweet, juicy notes of pomegranates have made their way into the whisky, making for a fascinating expression.
