Caldera is a blend of three Mediterranean grape varieties from exceptional
vineyards. The Grenache Noir is from our Paarl Mountain site (Stok-by Paaltjie single
vineyard). The Shiraz grapes are sourced from two cool mountain sites high up on Paarl
Mountain and the Mourvèdre is from the lower slopes of Paarl Mountain on the Fairview
Farm.
