The Darling Cellars Black Granite Reserve 2022 (Magnum) is a premium wine that embodies the essence of the Darling region's terroir. Crafted from dry-land bush vines rooted in decomposed granite soils, this wine benefits from the region's unique climate, with warm summer days and cool ocean breezes ensuring optimal ripening and maximum fruitiness. The grapes are carefully selected and hand-harvested when perfectly ripe, followed by gentle pressing and fermentation into wine.
