Creation Emma Pinot Noir 2024

Creation Wines has produced Emma's Pinot Noir 2024, a premium wine that has garnered attention for its unique characteristics and high quality.

Production: Hand-harvested, 30% whole-bunch spontaneous fermentation in large foudre, followed by maturation in 40% new, 60% second-fill French oak barrels for 12 months.
ABV: 13.0% alcohol by volume. Production Volume: Only 3350 bottles produced.

Emma's Pinot Noir 2024 is a testament to the quality of the Hemel-en-Aarde Ridge, where the vineyards are situated at an elevation of 287 meters above sea level. The cool maritime breezes and diurnal fluctuations contribute to the wine's acidity, aromatic clarity, and ability to age.
