Blend of the 3 best wines of this winery as an ode to his wife. Only 300 Magnums produced Very deep and dark burgundy in the glass. With very very little plum, white pepper & maybe oak & earthy notes. The palate is almost the same…everything is very integrated - plum & white pepper as you start. Some oak in the middle with leather & vanilla at the end. (signed by winemaker)
