This Cabernet Sauvignon boasts a nose of black currant, cedarwood, and dark plum. On the palate, it is smooth and packed with cassis. The balance between the dark fruit and the clean minerality creates an elegant and complex wine with great depth and length. With proper storage (cool, dark, and stable temperatures), this wine should age well for 7 to 15 years or even longer. Cabernet Sauvignon’s tannins pair beautifully with the richness of ribeye, T-bone, or New York strip steak. A perfectly cooked steak with a bit of char will complement the wine’s structure, while its fruit and tannins balance the meat’s richness.
