Bain's Symphony Limited release

A special limited release from the James Sedgwick Distillery in Wellington, Western Cape, this Bain’s whisky underwent unique maturation. Starting as the standard Bain’s, it matured for 7 years in wood before spending an additional 3 months in the distillery’s innovative “sonic cellar.” During this time, the music of South African artist Tellaman was played into the barrels, encouraging constant interaction between the whisky and the wood. Only 6,000 bottles were produced. Bottled at 48.6% ABV (750ml).
