Peat and Repeat

Derived from the Gaelic term for “water of life,” Irish whiskey is one of the oldest distilled beverages in the world.  In comparison to its Scotch, Canadian and American counter parts, Irish whiskey is distinct in that it is distilled three times and omits the use of a smoked product in its distilling process.

TASTING PROCESS

1. Private tasting with Charcuterie Board snacks
2. Available for groups of 4 to 8 people at a time
3. We can also cater for larger groups up to 20 people, with a tasting menu to be arranged.
4. Full pre-payment before confirmation of booking - dates and times
5. Suitable dates will be provided for the tasting, which will take 2 hours maximum.
6. All pouring per individual glass 25ml
