Vergelegen V 2015

Vergelegen's iconic wine with the short and powerful name 'V' is among the world's best. Achieved a first place in the London Tasting and left icons such as Mouton-Rothschild, Haut Brion and Dominus behind. Collector's item, very scarce and can continue to mature at least until 2030.

After the manual harvest, the grapes are fermented reductively at about 28° C. Malolactic fermentation takes place in new French wooden barrels. The wine is then aged for 24 months in barriques and another 24 months in the bottle before being released for export.
