Wine tasting is an art form that requires more than just randomly sipping different wines. The strategic approach to wine tasting order ensures that each wine’s unique characteristics are fully appreciated, preventing palate fatigue and maximising your sensory experience. The recommended order typically follows this sequence: sparkling wines, followed by white wines, then rosé, moving to different red wines. This approach allows your taste buds to gradually adapt without being overwhelmed by intense flavours that could mask the nuanced characteristics of lighter wines.

Taste wines from Morgenster, le Chant, Taaibosch and Pink Valley. Includes a lovely arrival bubbly.
