This breakdown of common Scotch whisky regions and the characteristics of each includes Campbeltown, Islay, the Lowlands, the Highlands, and Speyside.

• Islay: Laphroaig Select 
• Speyside: The Macallan 12 year old
• Highlands: Dalwhinnie 15 year old 
• Campbeltown: Glen Scotia Double Cask
• Islands: Talisker 10 year old
• Lowlands: Auchentoshan American Oak

TASTING PROCESS

1. Private tasting with Charcuterie Board snacks
2. Available for groups of 4 to 8 people at a time
3. We can also cater for larger groups up to 20 people, with a tasting menu to be arranged
4. Full pre-payment before confirmation of booking - dates and times
5. Suitable dates will be provided for the tasting, which will take 2 hours maximum
6. All pouring per individual glass 25ml
