Selected from two casks filled in 2009 with the finest double pot-stilled brandy, Avante Founders’ XV is the result of relentless patience and true craftsmanship. Avante Founders’ XV opens on the nose with a magical bouquet of fruits peaches, dried apricot and a subtle hint of pear. The fruit follows through on the palate, and is balanced by honey, caramel and traces of citrus. The finish is warm, long lasting and full bodied, with walnut, almond and a touch of spicy vanilla rounding out a sensory experience par excellence. Avante Founders’ XV is best enjoyed neat in a tumbler glass, or with a large cube of ice.
