Primal Matured Malt Spirit (500ml)

This single malt has evolved out of a collaboration project with Whisky Brother. The objective was to track the aging process in Johannesburg from New Make to 12 month old in 4 limited releases. We are releasing a few bottles every 3 months, for sale only via the distillery or online. The latest tiny batch is 18 month old. The batch was made with peated malt from Simpsons UK. Matured in a combination of 30L and 190L American oak bourbon and French Sauternes casks. Non-chill-filtered, naturally colored, and bottled at a 43%.
