This 15-year-old single grain whisky began its journey as Bain’s Cape Mountain Whisky, the world’s only whisky made from 100% sun-kissed South African grain. Initially matured for three years in first-fill bourbon casks, it was then re-vatted into fresh ex-bourbon casks for an additional two years. To craft this exceptional release, the whisky underwent an extended maturation of 10 more years in seasoned American oak, unveiling remarkable depth, complexity, and smoothness.
