Smokehead Extra Rare (1000ml)

Exclusively released for the travel retail market, Smokehead (the name is a bit of a giveaway to be fair) is an exceptionally peaty Islay single malt. The warming smoky notes are an absolute delight on the taste buds, present right from the start to the lingering finish alongside somewhat more soothing hints of lemon and toffee. On the nose, the Smokehead Extra Rare shows a maritime aroma that connects very well with smoky peat, malt, barley, citrus and plums. Its taste offers a big portion of smoke and spicy peat.
