Tomatin 14 Year Old Port Wood Finish

Tomatin 14 Year Old Port Cask is part of the Highland distillery's core range, it was introduced to the distillery's core range back in 2014, Tomatin 14 Year Old is initially aged in American Bourbon barrels and then undergoes a one year finishing period in Tawny Port pipes. This was the distillery's first release to be finished in Port wood, it delivers a rich yet balanced fruity mix of apricot and plum jam, orange, ripe raisins and a little cherry, sweet honey, and decadent toffee, culminating in a smooth, lingering finish reminiscent of a fruit salad. Bottled at a flavoursome 46% ABV, non-chill filtered and naturally coloured the Tomatin 14 Year Old.
