Distilled in August 2011, matured in a refill ex-bourbon barrel and finished for up to 12 months in a first-fill ex-Bordeaux red wine hogshead, before being bottled in September 2021. Only 289 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 57.3%.
