Glenallachie is a full flavoured, fruit driven Speyside single malt, that works particularly well in wine casks and sherry casks, so we are pretty excited about this new Glenallachie Wine Series. This is their Grattamacco finish, which is aged in bourbon casks, before being finished in these Super Tuscan Organic Grattamacco red wine casks. Billy Walker has specially selected these finishing casks to work with Glenallachie's spirit profile.
