A peated new make from west London distillery Bimber that shows off its characterful style. Made with barley that is floor-malted by Bimber's master distiller and smoke by hand using equipment designed and built on-site. Aromas of sweet red apples, rich malted barley and herbal peat smoke fill the nose, complemented by notes of liquorice, charcoal, earthy smoke and sweet malt throughout the palate.
