The Casey’s Ridge Pinot Noir fruit was planted in 2010 and 2011 on Vrede en Lust’s Elgin farm. Deep ruby red colour with hints of strawberry and red berries on the nose with a touch of fine herbal elements – typical of the cooler climate wines. Well-ripened tannins with a hint of oak and a refined finish.
