Lozarn Carmenere Ivan S 2023

In 2012 winemaker, Salome was enjoying a fine Chilean Carménère and needless to say, it was love at first sip. This led to the planting of a Carménère vineyard two years later. Lozärn was the first cellar in South Africa to release a single Carménère back in 2017. This unique wine is dedicated to Ivan Sedgwick, who was the only son of Kathleen and Sebastian Smuts. 

The Ivan S. Carmenère 2023 is a bold, full-bodied wine with complex flavours that will captivate any wine lover. Perfect with hearty meals like pork belly or indulgent dark desserts.
