Jameson Caskmates Stout Edition

A product of curiosity and collaboration, Jameson Caskmates is a special edition new whiskey from Jameson that has been finished in stout seasoned barrels. When the Jameson Master Distiller met the Master Brewer from Franciscan Wells for a drink, a plan was hatched to send a few Jameson casks to their brewery down the road for them to age their craft Irish stout. Once the stout had been bottled, the seasoned barrels were returned to Jameson and were re-filled with Jameson Whiskey. Jameson Caskmates emerged; a whiskey that retains all the smoothness of triple-distilled Jameson Original, albeit singing a different tune. The addition of stout notes including cocoa, coffee and butterscotch means that this is Jameson with a difference.
