Bruichladdich Octomore 11.2

The Octomore Edition 11.2 is a bottling limited to 18,000 bottles from the Bruichladdich distillery in Islay. The Edition 11.2 has a high PPM (parts per million) value of 139.6 and is therefore again one of the most peated whiskies.The whisky has a light golden colour and a complex aroma that contains notes of peat smoke, sea salt, dark chocolate and sweet caramel. On the palate it is powerful and oily with an intense smokiness and aromas of dark fruits, spices and vanilla. The finish is long-lasting and spicy. It is a whisky for lovers of smoky and intense flavours, considered a special rarity due to its high PPM value and limited availability.
