Glenmorangie Infinita 18 years old

Glenmorangie has unveiled a new look for its 18 Year Old single malt and along with the new look it has a new name and a new price. The whisky will now be known as the Glenmorangie Infinita 18 Year Old, fans of the 18 year old northern Highland dram needn't worry as it will be the same 18 Year Old whisky they are already familiar with in the bottle, it is just the look and the addition of a name that has changed. The Glenmorangie Infinita 18 Year Old is matured for the first 15 years in hand-selected American oak bourbon casks. Then, a portion, around 30%, is transferred into Oloroso sherry casks for three more years. Once 18 years have passed, Glenmorangie's Director of Whisky Creation Dr Bill Lumsden brings the whiskies together to create the 18 year old dram you will find in the bottle.
