Glenfiddich Perpetual Collection VAT 01 - 1000ml

Whisky is an innovative industry, constantly evolving and learning practices from other spirit producers. Glenfiddich’s Perpetual Collection, launched in 2022 exclusively for the Global Travel Retail market, embodies this concept. The series features single malts that have been aged according to a Solera system, a method that has its origins in the Jerez region in Spain. The distillery only ever bottles half the whisky in the vats before refilling so that they are never completely emptied. This process adds continuous layers of flavours to the whisky; increasing in character, dimension and complexity with each generation. Glenfiddich Perpetual Collection VAT 01 matured in American bourbon, European oak and red wine casks before mellowing in Glenfiddich’s unique Solera VAT 01. The single malt is beautifully fragrant with an exceptionally elegant character and layers of sweet and spicy notes.
