Johnnie Walker Blenders Batch EXP#6 - Wine Cask Blend

The 6th release in the Johnnie walker experimental series, this blend includes a portion of malt aged in wine casks. The Johnnie Walker Blenders Batch No. 6 Wine Cask Blend is a supremely limited-release blended Scotch whisky offered as the second expression from this experimental series, available in the US. Two sister expressions from the series, the Rum Cask and Espresso Roast, were released exclusively to the international markets - bringing the total number of experimental iterations crafted for this collection to 6 (so far). Introduced by Aimee Gibson of the Johnnie Walker blending team, who developed the Blenders' Batch series, Wine Cask Blend No. 6 includes select whiskies matured in wine casks, namely; malt whiskies from such distinguished distilleries as Clynelish and Roseilse, and grain whiskies from names like Cameronbridge. Both the type and duration of time aged in the wine casks remain undisclosed.
