Noble Hill is an organic estate grower on the slopes of the Simonsberg mountains. We follow a regenerative farming philosophy and make delicate, fresh wines with a mineral structure.
Our wines are fruitful structured elegant and above all authentic to their origin. Noble Hill is located on the the granitic northern slopes of the Simonsberg mountains which have produced South Africa’s finest wines for more than 300 years.

This wine elicits the aromas and tastes of fresh black currant, plum, and a touch of mint. Oak plays a well-integrated supporting role. This vintage can be enjoyed confidently from now through 2031.
