This Willett Family Estate Small Batch rye is matured for four years in hand selected White Oak barrels. Bottled at a cask strength this powerful rye is deeply complex with tart cherry notes on the nose followed by baking spice and just a hint of oak. The palate is robust with dark cherries, charred vanilla, and rye spice. The finish is lingering with spiced notes and cherry all throughout. 110 proof.
