This is a limited production wine made from a single clone of Cabernet Sauvignon planted on Edgebaston. It has a nose of cassis and blackcurrant fruit, complemented by fresh minty and herbaceous notes, with hints of mocha vanilla. The palate offers a broad mid-palate and long-lasting flavours of boysenberry and subtle sweet mulberry, merging with fresh vanilla and nutmeg spice on the finish. The wine showcases firm structured tannins and a lengthy finish, indicating excellent ageing potential.
