Buitenverwachting Buiten Blanc

This full bodied Sauvignon Blanc based blend offers a variation of fruit characters including ripe gooseberry, green peppers, green melon and hints of tropical fruit.Blend : 85% Sauvignon Blanc, 9% Semillion,6% Chenin Blanc. 

This wine is best enjoyed young to capture its fresh fruit flavours and crisp acidity. Can be cellared for about 1 to 3 years. Pair with cheeses like goat cheese or fresh mozzarella complement the wine’s acidity or tomato and basil bruschetta or other light appetizers can make for a delightful pairing.
